Refund Policy

 

1. Eligibility:
Refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged dash cams.


2. Conditions for Refund:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required to process any refund request.


3. Non-Refundable Items:
Used products or items with opened packaging are not eligible for refunds.


4. Timeframe:
Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.


5. Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by the seller.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. Processing Time:
Refunds may take up to 18–20 days to process after the returned product is received and inspected.


7. Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

 

Replacement Policy

 

We offer replacements or exchanges for defective products. If you receive a damaged or faulty dash cam, contact our customer support team to arrange a replacement.
